يسعى مجلس المرأة السورية على جمع الطاقات والجهود النسوية والتشبيك وبناء العلاقات على مستوى الجغرافية السورية لدعم وتمكين حقوقها في جميع مجالات الحياة وفق نظام ديمقراطي اجتماعي يحقق المساواة والعدالة لجميع النساء بمختلف أطيافهن وانتماءاتهن العرقية والدينية
